In-House
We have Technical staff available in house to provide hardware repairs and support. We also have In-House Helpdesk support to assist with many different types of software and hardware issues.
We service all types of computer hardware items. Computers, Monitors, Printers, Software, Networking devices and peripherals are just some items. We service any equipment regardless of where it was purchased. We can provide warranty service as well as contract or pay as you go.
Our Help desk support can answer questions and provide assistance with standard office applications to many specialized programs. Our staff can walk you through step by step or remotely access your computer to correct any issue.
We can remove most viruses without wiping the computer clean and reinstalling everything. We have solutions to provide protection against Malware and Viruses.
On-Site
We provide On-Site Installation, repair and support services. We service and install hardware, software and Networking devices regardless of where they were purchased. Computers, Monitors, Printers, Software and Networking Devices are a few things we install, service and support.
Networking
We have been providing networking services so long that we remember some of the first Network Operating systems that were used. We service all Windows Operating systems as well as Apple, Novell and some Linux. We work with all types of Networking devices such as Servers, Storage, Switches, Routers Firewalls, Printers and WIFI. We can design your network infrastructure to be Fast, Secure and Reliable. Need Security, we do that as well. We can test your network inside and out to make sure you are not vulnerable to theft of sensitive information. Computer Service & Network Center is a complete IT/IS service firm. We sell, service and manage your entire infrastructure from A – Z. CSNC will completely manage and troubleshoot your business management or proprietary software, servers, workstations, printers, data backups, firewalls, switches, VPN’s, etc. Everything we sell we service. Was not purchased from us no problem as we will service it also. This means not having to deal with multiple vendors and spend your valuable time on anything related to your IT/IS system. Monthly fixed service contracts, Block Agreement are available along with break/fix pay-as-you go service. Cloud Computing
CSNC can host any and all of your current hardware or software in our private Cloud. We are currently hosting email, spam filtering, practice management software, data backups, Disaster Recovery Images, historical archive data, and various other services in the Cloud for many of our clients. This reduces or eliminates the need for capital expenditures on hardware, software and management related to these areas. CSNC will deploy, manage, update, and provision hardware and software as needed. As always we will customize a plan that fits your unique needs.

CSNC also specializes in PCI compliance for any Industry. We are currently supporting organizations that require Schedule D, the highest level of PCI security. We have successfully navigated our clients through PCI audits as well.
